Alcatel Lucent: The Power of Networks
UFB could do to our modern economy what refrigerated shipping did in the nineteenth century. But how do we make sure it happens? A great debate.
Ultra-fast broadband has the potential to catalyse a new era of innovation in New Zealand, to catapult our social and economic development. But it will only work if it's conceived and built properly, and there are lots of chefs in the UFB kitchen. So, on behalf of long-term client Alcatel-Lucent, we conceived 'The Power of Networks' - a breakfast series discussing this potentially revolutionising technology. We bring together a small group of C-Suite executives of major companies and government officials to discuss our fibre future. The discussions form the basis of white papers to further stimulate thought.
Eighteen months on from the inaugural breakfast, The Power of Networks plays an important part in positioning Alcatel-Lucent as a thought leader in the discussion around the role broadband will play in enabling our digital economy.
