Acumen Republic is about delivering communications solutions to meet client business needs. We're driven by results, but we are not fixated on any one way of achieving them. How we measure up

To make sure we’re achieving the above goals, we recently surveyed about one hundred of our clients. The results were extremely interesting.

The factor that our clients rated the most important (and for which we scored an average of just over 7.5 out of 10) was achieving desired impacts and outcomes.

We also scored over 7.5 for quality of service delivery, understanding of our client’s business, and knowledge and expertise of the consulting team, all of which were rated at over 50% in importance.

Sitting just on 7.5 and again rated over 50% in importance, were our ability to be proactive, responsive and innovative in solving problems and timeliness of delivery.

In essence, our clients assess us highly on the qualities they regard as important.
