A bit about Encore Training.
Hi, I'm Jamie from Encore Training. Encore offers world-class business leadership training and development programmes through our agency agreement with the Forum Corporation (a global leader in research-based learning solutions). This means we are truly able to leverage international expertise and apply that through local know-how. This is a great opportunity; it really is the best of both worlds and the formula works.
For example, we offer our clients a brand new, research-based leadership programme entitled "Leading in a Tough Economy". I am thrilled by this programme's practical and timely content and that we can offer this programme to our clients BEFORE its official launch in North America!
Clients rave about the quality of our programmes and their relevance to their needs and the local market. Being able to deliver these programmes at our colourful, spacious and hi-tech training rooms is an added bonus. People often remark on the energy, warmth and client-friendly atmosphere. Prior to joining Acumen Republic, Jamie's 25 year career has spanned a number of senior management and consulting positions with a variety of financial services organisations and training consultancies (including Ernst & Young, National Mutual, UDC Finance, ANZ Bank and Champagne Consultants). He has worked with a diverse client base in both the public and private sectors and is highly regarded and known for his engaging, interactive and pragmatic delivery style and bottom line business focus.
